Haven't been able to find a reliable dentist since covid so I figured I'd give these guys a shot for my 8yo daughter who, yes, I am well aware, needs a lot of dental work at some point. First time I took her in was great, the Dr was nice and fun and reminded me a lot of my own dad. That was about 6 months ago. This time however, I needed to get her in on short notice bc she was having some pain in her jaw. The assistant who took the xrays was very nice and good with my daughter. But then the Dr came in (I'm assuming this was Dr Marko, not the guy we originally had).

He was rude, nasty, asked why her teeth were so stained (they've always been bad despite brushing and mouthwash etc) and made my daughter feel badly about her teeth which she is already self-conscious about. He basically said there was no reason for us to come in and we wasted his time bc he couldn't find anything wrong. We were there maybe 5 minutes? You don't have 5 minutes out of your empty office to help a patient in pain? Then we stood in reception for 10 minutes waiting to see if we needed to check out but no one came out. So we left, and if we owe them anything, oh well they can send me a bill. But I won't be interacting with them in person again. Truly terrible experience.

Wish the original guy we saw had been there. Also, when you walk in you can barely breathe from the onslaught of doterra oils assaulting your senses. It's a small space guys, it doesn't need to be THAT strong.

The staff and dentist very helpful and took care of my needs made sure I get comfortable and also explain procedures to me thoroughly so I will be coming back to finish the work planned in future🙂

Take the negative reviews serious. Both my daughter and boyfriend had bad experiences with partnering Dr. My daughter was told she needed to use antibiotics and have tooth pulled at oral surgeon. She goes to oral surgeon and they say it’s just a bad filling, and can be repaired. My boyfriend got a filling, and two weeks later was in EXTREME pain.

So he went back…. I HAD TO SAY shouldn’t he be on antibiotics. Then he ended up at Oral surgeon also with a tooth pulled. Stay Away!!

Gave my daughter the wrong antibiotic for her abscessed tooth, causing her to be in severe pain for longer than necessary while I got her into the pediatrician and got the RIGHT antibiotic. Threw an attitude about how there arent any medical conditions that soften teeth, but here her pediatrician found out shes anemic and YES that weakens tooth enamel.

This man shouldnt be practicing, hes competent for cleanings and nothing more, but his arrogance makes him difficult to tolerate even for a cleaning.
