Not recommended. After Dr filled a cavity, I could not floss in between the teeth of the affected area. I came in a second time, and Dr. filed in-between the space, but didn't do much more. My uncle, a dentist of 40+ years, looked at this and said this was not acceptable and I should not return here.
I have actually helped clean my uncle's office in the past; the standards of cleanliness and hygienics at this office, to put it kindly, are not the same. Also, the receptionist informed me they would consult with my insurance company about pricings for crowns and give a return call. I never received another word from them. I was hoping this office would be great for the price and convenience to home, but nope, I shall not return.

Dr. Araghi is an experienced dentist who excels in basic dental procedures. Although he doesn't perform root canals, his skills in routine treatments are commendable. The staff is friendly, creating a welcoming environment. Overall, Dr. Araghi and his team provide reliable and pleasant general dental care.

This dentist has been providing dental services for my family for about ten years. We found him to be caring. He demonstrates concern for his patients' overall health concerns. His dental style is professional and demonstrates empathy as well as giving advice to help maintain all my original teeth which I am lucky to have most of them as a person in my seventies. The atmosphere of the office is welcoming and clean.
I like the reminder call I get when it is time for my cleaning. Having said that, I was very comfortable getting my teeth done during this time of covid. virus time. He devotes the necessary time to address my particular dental issues.

I wanted to like this place, but I had a problem with Lucia. I don't know if it's her attitude or her tone of voice when she answers your questions. It annoyed me. I won't go into details but, She is the type that will say I told you already as if your incompetent. I can only speak for myself based on my experience with her.
When I asked her name she paused for 5 seconds before answering. I found a better Dental Care place and that will also accept my Dental Insurance, which Chicago Dental Care doesn't. No, I do not recommend this place. Not with her around.
