Best clinic I have ever been too, Dr. Barbarawi is amazing, he is one of the greatest dentist myself , friends and family we been to, it is my only time where we all do not have fear from dentist. Even the staff in the front are amazing.Dr Ali we all love you .

I went and saw these people twice, got two root canals and didn't make the next two appointments. I try calling and I never get through, they tell me I need to make a same day appointment. Then they try telling me I need to call ahead to make the same day appointment. Then I told them I need to get my x-rays sent to a new provider and tell me it's gonna take a month. I just received the x-rays recently and it's been past the 30 days they promised I went ahead and seen a new provider who were only able to do a deep cleaning and now one of my front four teeth has cracked. And this was not the nice dentist fault.

. . it was interactions between multiple receptionist. My teeth are ruined.

This has been my dentist for the past five years. I love the dentist, love the hygienists - they remembered me and they were always great at explaining what was going on with my teeth and gums, how I could best take care of them. The front desk staff are nice.

Over the past year, they have struggled with a nation wide shortage of dental hygienists and had to reschedule several appointments. After I left a negative review about my experience, they kindly reached out to me and arranged to make sure I got my cleaning done :)

I scheduled my dental appointment back in early February for April 3rd. When I booked it, I was asked to provide my insurance information, which I did. They said they couldn’t find my plan at the time, but assured me they’d be able to verify it the day of my appointment. I was fine with that. Fast forward to the day before my appointment—they called me during work hours, and since I was working, I missed the call. That one missed call apparently led to them canceling my appointment without my confirmation.

No text. No email. Just a voicemail, even though they sent multiple text reminders leading up to the appointment itself. If they had just sent a quick text letting me know they were canceling, I could have responded and provided the correct insurance info in 20 minutes. Instead, I drove 35 minutes from work only to be told my appointment had been given away and there was nothing they could do. I do have dental insurance—I just may have given the wrong plan details over the phone.

But I was prepared to show them the correct info in person, as they had originally told me was possible. I’m really disappointed. I was looking forward to this appointment, and it’s frustrating that the policy is to cancel the day before over insurance that could have easily been clarified at check-in. I most likely won’t be returning, even once I sort out the insurance details :/
