She gave my a different procedure than we came in for. I said I was sitting in the room. Why wouldn't you tell me that you were doing something different. She said yeah. You saw what I was doing so I thought you knew. What? Why would I know what the procedure looks like? Never again. Another mom friend had a similar experience where she completely neglected the child's dental needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am writing this years later, as now I am 21 and have experienced what good dentists are supposed to be like. Every procedure I have had has been extremely painful. I would speak up about my discomfort and was ignored. I had to get one of my top molars pulled by her; one of the most painful experiences of my life, both mentally and physically. I was screaming and crying because I could feel absolutely everything, I even tried pulling her hands away when she was ignoring me, but she continued on anyway and told me to put my hands down, pushing me away.

A couple days after having the tooth pulled, I found a broken piece of that tooth was still lodged in my gums and pulled it out myself. She has absolutely no patience. Whatever you do, do NOT take your child to see Dr. Parrish. Absolutely unprofessional.

We love Dr. Brown at Children’s Dental Associates. I’ve been bringing my children here for around 6 years and have always had a good experience. They’re friendly, work well with the kids and have a comfortable environment. We always leave smiling! No pun intended!

I like the office and the staff is super nice and great with kids but it's really upsetting that all of their tooth polishing pastes have dyes in them.
