I had a wonderful experience at Dental Care of Solon. Dr. Patton and his staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to address any questions or concerns I had. I was genuinely touched by Dr. Patton's understanding of my financial circumstances, as he graciously offered me a discount without me asking.

As a student, this act of kindness meant the world to me. Without a doubt, I would be more than happy to return to Dr. Patton for any future dental needs I may have.

Update.... Dr Patton is no longer there and office gives no warning. I have NEVER left in pain from Dr Patton but i am beyond miserable and will seek another dentist after this issue is finished. Always polite.. always helpful... I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

I regret my decision to schedule an appointment on a Wednesday, as it appears Dr. Patton was not in the office that day and patients were being seen by another doctor. Unfortunately, my visit felt disorganized—I was assisted by four different staff members without any clear communication about their roles or what they were doing. Dr. T, who was overseeing my care, was not immediately available and had to be called back multiple times to complete various parts of the visit. This led to a lack of continuity and added to my discomfort. Additionally, I found Dr.

T's demeanor to be less than welcoming, which made the experience even more difficult. I also felt that some of my concerns were dismissed or attributed solely to my medical condition, rather than being acknowledged or addressed with compassion. Overall, I left the office feeling very disappointed. I would not feel comfortable returning unless I can be seen directly by Dr. Patton, whose care I have always appreciated.
