Recently made my first visit to Dr Ruggiero's office after having been with a different dentist for over 15 years. I was very comfortable with my old dentist and somewhat concerned I wouldn't have the same great experience with this new office. From the moment I originally called to make my appointment all the way through the end of my first visit I could not have been more pleased with the service I was provided by Dr Ruggiero and his team.

They simply could not have been more friendly, professional and punctual. I'd strongly recommend this business!

Had a filing fall out after 2 weeks. Scheduled appointment to have it replaced. Was keep waiting for an hour past my appointment time. No one was covering the desk as it was an evening appointment for me to inquire as to why it was taking so long.

When Dr. Ruggiero came in he looked at the tooth, confirmed that he had just filled it, then told me that we would have to schedule another appointment to have it fixed! I was livid at that point! Never again will I go back. The time previous to this visit I was kept waiting about 30 minutes past my appointment time also.

Having Dr Ruggiero since our dentist retired was a good thing. With him knowing our dentist who we saw for over 40 years, you get comfortable with that person. Dr Ruggiero is doing the same thing with great care and all his staff. Still feeling we have our original dentist, he continues to keep my teeth and dental health great.

His manners are always looking out for the patient in my view. If you have a question, he listens and gives his honest opinion. Thank you Dr Ruggiero and your staff for keeping the dental process a comfortable one.
