I had an appointment on tomorrow this will be my first time attending. The phone customer service was rude and one minute they scheduled me an appointment. I call back she stated we can't accept your insurance and came off very rude.

Was quoted $1400; paid $1600 OOP for “Invisalign.” Got a REATAINER. They also “forgot” appointments I made with them or services I had scheduled. And always complaining about my insurance being too complicated (I have Cigna). Do NOT recommend.

Dr Chang always takes the time to take care of her patient and makes sure her patient understands the care or procedure needed. She has taken great care of me and is very thorough. I feel very confident that the care I receive is in my interest for good long term care of my teeth.

Hearing this from my friend, try to avoid this place if all possible. 1. they'd charge you upfront for the full service fee, even if you have insurance. (charged my friend 220 for one tooth filling) 2. they won't let you know if your insurance actually works at their dental. 3. They will tell you your insurance might work and charge you half of full service fee, and if your insurance doesn't go through, they will charge you the rest of the full service.

The worst is that you don't even know if they ever tried to reach out to your insurance company. 4. Scheduled appointment at 10:30, the dentist didn't show up and accused my friend getting the appointment time wrong with no apology. 5. very rude saying my friend don't know a thing about insurance or dental and couldn't care to explain. Said "if you don't want it, you can go, I am a lot more busy than you are".
