Customer service is poor, front desk staff is very unsure of what they’re doing and I’ve had multiple last minute cancelations from the doctor. Very awkward and non-welcoming experience. Edit: WOW! Their response is seriously claiming that they didn’t cancel my appointment on multiple different occasions!? I don’t know what to tell you, but I was called DAY OF the appointment saying the doctor needed to cancel last minute. This is after them calling prior to this appointment one other time to reschedule because they were overbooked.

So no, you are 100% incorrect and unprofessional in your response. You then didn’t provide a single option to reschedule me within the same calendar year (this was mid December) even though YOU CANCELLED ON ME! Therefore I was not able to have work completed under my already met deductible. I will never return and after this unprofessional response I will be sure to recommend not a single person go to your location.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and specifically told the girl that I was making an appointment for a routine cleaning. She said my insurance wouldn’t pay for a panorama X-ray again but that they could do a regular X-ray if needed. When I get there the girl ask if I had my panorama X-ray sent over that I had done in 2021. I said no because nobody told me that I needed to but that I would sign a release for them to get it if they wanted.

After sitting and filling out all paperwork, then waiting 30 min, the girl tells me that today’s visit is just for an exam, no cleaning. She tried to say she told me when I scheduled the appointment, which she did NOT. I took off a day of work & schedule my other appointment around this cleaning for it to just be a complete waste of time. Edit: to reply to “owners statement” , I didn’t have a problem with X-rays being done and I would have gladly paid for whatever my insurance didn’t. The issue was that I was NEVER informed of this prior to arriving and I specifically said “ I need a cleaning” on the phone, if you don’t do cleanings at first visit, then your receptionist should have made me aware of that so I could have found somewhere else to go.

Like I said, I burned PTO hours for this visit for it just to be a complete waste of time. So basically your office cost me money and valuable time.

👍👍👍!!! I almost forgot about this awesome place, I was a patient for this clinical office for 3 years, and Dr.

Claros was kind to me, I started going to this place when I was 3-4 years old, when i arrived at this place for the first time, it was wonderful, there was Perfect customer-service where until I was 7 and half years old (something like that), I had to stop going to go this place since it was little far, And I still would suggest going to this place!!!👍👍👍

I have always been afraid of visiting dentists, but now that I went to this office, I feel satisfied with the service. The doctor is very patient and calm. She also speaks my language, making me feel more secure. 100% recommended!
