I took my dentures in to get a soft alignment. They did the soft alignment. But while they took my teeth back in the back room, the girl had said she was going to buff them. I had called and asked how long they were going to be rough and she said give it the weekend.

When I got home and looked at them, you can tell that they were filed and chipped. They say that there’s nothing that they can do about it. I paid for these teeth, not Medicaid. The girl also stated that I was being rude, but these are my teeth that I paid for, and I didn’t want her to touch them again after the first time of letting her touch them she ruined them.

I don’t believe that I was rude and I do believe that they should do something for the teeth that they ruined. Just giving everybody a heads up that if you go into this office, the Dentist is not the only one that will try to make your teeth fit in your mouth. Apparently, everyone in there is allowed to file or grind down your teeth and it doesn’t matter if you pay for them out-of-pocket or if Medicaid pays for them, they have no respect for the people who walk in the door.

I went to this practice several years ago, due to its in house Insurance and payment options. I had a root canal and a cap done, and at the time my experience wasn't great service wise. Fast forwards several years and I now find out due to having a lot of pain that the root canal was never finished, its only half filled, and the cap wasn't fitted properly, leading to a recurring infection, a dental abscess, loss of bone, and now around $4k in repairs of that work.

I urge anyone going here to consider the long term repercussions. Maybe getting a filling is fine, but I wish I could go back and not waste all that money and put myself in this position and simply go to someone else the first time.

Great Dentist. I had to have a molar pulled. I had so much anxiety about the cost and how painful it might be. The staff was super friendly from setting the appointment right through the procedure. The Dr was informative and very reassuring. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. I have two more teeth that need some love. I’m actually looking forward to getting it done.
