I referred from my job to this dentist office. I called to make an appointment i spoke to a young lady i forgot to get her name. However she was rude unprofessional NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then to top it off while i was getting information she supposedly needed she hung up on me. I will not be coming here.
I will let my job know. Horrible service. It’s a shame people now a days have no type of manners nor respect. The dentist should get better people to answer the phones with better professionalism.

These people are so rude!! I called to get some information on a crown implant that I was looking to get done and they rudely interrupted me saying that they do not do it, although IT IS included on THEIR WEBSITE!!!! I am glad I did not waste time with these people, especially looking at these reviews!!!

This is my 3rd time coming here I have already been coming here reluctantly because they don’t have an actual hygienist on staff it’s the dentist who does cleanings and while he is very nice he shouldn’t be doing routine patient cleanings. Using a Cavitron rather than a hygienist who would take their time hand scaling. I made my appointment 6 months ago for a routine cleaning as usual and the front desk girl tried to tell me it wasn’t today it’s for the 22nd.
I’m generally easy going I’ll take whatever appointment they have available so there’s no reason I would write down the 14th when it’s for the 22nd. REGARDLESS, the atmosphere walking into their office was a negative nasty tone before I even begin talking to the receptionist, when I walked in she is rolling her eyes speaking so rudely to whoever she has on the phone. Then when she gets to me her attitude still sucks that doesn’t make me want to continue to be a patient with the practice.
Front desk is the face of your office, consider a well mannered individual that isn’t dressed in a frumpy t-shirt and maybe I’ll come back.

My dentist retired and I was in search of a new place to get my teeth cleaned. The front desk people and the staff in general were really welcoming. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service I received, it was barely a service at all. To my surprise the dentist was the one who was doing the cleaning. I'm used to the hygienist cleaning my teeth. The dentist ran over my teeth so quickly, with little regard for detail and when I say ran, I mean not one hesitate to clean up one spot more than the other.
He spent less than 15 minutes on my teeth that I had not had professionally clean in over a year. Once I got home my front two teeth in the back still had plaque on them. Now I have to go and find another hygienist to properly clean my teeth. I think he needs help in there, it seems to be a one man show. My professional advice would be to hire a hygienist that way you can work on the more important task and not rush on people who paid you for a lesser service.
