We love Clearview! Kiran and the team are the best. We couldn't be happier with the services. I had my first crown done recently and it was not as overwhelming as I thought. It was easy and they helped me take care of the process from beginning to end. Would recommend this dental office to anyone!

When a business reaches out to cancel/reschedule a patient, it should only be for emergencies. However, that was not the case here. After booking my appointment more than 3 months in advance, and confirming it 2 weeks before, I was contacted that they would need to cancel my scheduled appointment time to fit in someone else (yes, they actually said that was the reason). They didn’t ask if I could accommodate their request, which I would have done, had I not already made workplace accommodations to make the initial appointment time. As a result, I had a conflict.

Instead I was told that if I can't make the new time, I was going to bumped to another day. I’ve never seen a business take their clientele for granted as much as this business. Their tact and professionalism were non-existent. If you’re in the market for a new dentist, there are plenty who will appreciate your business — this clinic is not one of them. Do yourself a favour, and look elsewhere.

They are a new business, so if they can treat their new clients like this, then imagine how they will act as they become more established (if they survive to experience that). No apologies were given either from Dr. Kapadia, despite her receptionist advising she would be updating her with how that I was dissatisfied with the cancellation. If I could give a negative star, I would.

Best office in Milton!!!! My husband and I drive from Cambridge to see Dr. Kapadia. She is gentle. She takes her time to make sure you are comfortable. I had a great experience at the office. All the staff is very good. I recommend this office to anyone that is looking for an office that is welcoming and caring!!!
