I recently made an appointment with Dr. Naik, I was a first time patient for her and I was requested to arrive a little earlier to complete some forms. As I entered the old, filthy and smelly office, I did not know that there was a hidden step that is impossible notice and as a result I a hit my foot very badly. After I closed the door, I noticed a poor "watch the step" sign only for patients that exit the office.

The sign should also be displayed at the front of the door!!! I found that careless and inconsiderate for people who do not know the place. While I was recovering from the severe pain on my foot and completing the forms, the secretary told me that Dr. Naik had something to do and could not make it to the appointment. I could not believe it!!! I came all the way from work to be there on time and this Dr.

does not even have the decency to have her assistant calling me in advance to let me know that I had to reschedule for whatever reason. Overall this was a horrible experience and I do not recommend this dentist to anyone.

I got my braces done by Dr. Naik and she did an amazing job! I was developing a cross bite as my teeth were terribly out of alignment. People would make fun of my smile but Dr. Naik saved it! Now, everybody loves my smile, including myself :)
