I have been a patient at Coastal Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry for a long time and the care that I have received here is absolutely tremendous! Having worked in dentistry in Pittsburgh for 20 years at an office with very high standards, I was very pleased to find that they hold themselves to the same standard here. From the dental staff to the administrative staff, I always feel genuinely cared for and attended to.

The Great Aep Show

A step above everyone else would be an understatement. The waiting room is extremely well designed, very clean and welcoming. They gave me a tour of their set up and it’s impressive to say the least. The patients room was the exact same. Very very clean and well put together. The receptionist was very welcoming and an absolute pleasure to talk to. My intake nurse/dental assistant Gene was a sweetheart that I wound up having a lot in common with.

And Drs Reichley was so nice and cool that I was at a loss for words. He’s very knowledgeable and explains things clearly which puts people at ease. They do make you feel like an individual that deserves their full attention and best efforts, not just another client. I’ve never said I liked a dental experience until I went here. Highly recommend Coastal cosmetics and their team of skilled professionals.

My dental journey started at coastal about 4 years ago, It was great, great staff , nice environment , and just the works. Within the last year I’ve realized not only how much I’m being over charged for low quality work, I had a hole in a crown for 2 solid years they didn’t even bother to fix, I came in on one Thursday for temporary’s to be put in, to leave with such an uneven bite, not to mention this was done on a Thursday , and they are closed fridays. They tried over billing me for a cancellation by almost 3 times the amount for 1 visit. Everything will be great until it comes to accountability , if you speak up on issues you have with dental work that left you uncomfortable or not properly restored they treat you poorly . 30 thousand dollars later. If I can save someone time, energy , and effort . That’s great , It will leave you with the domino effect , they work on one tooth, the next one beside it has an issue. I made the mistake of not only staying awake during wisdom tooth extraction, but doing it here. I’ve left this facility in severe pain. As I was getting my wisdom tooth pulled one of the assistance kept making comments that weren’t funny, not to mention the little to none pain management. They charged me for a whitening treatment which I was told , 2 in house sessions, and trays at home . Never received that . I was billed multiple times for the same service .

Profits over patience should be the slogan at coastal . They only worked with one care provider for loans and until they got better coverage you would be stuck waiting to be approved . I spent so much money here, my request weren’t even out of the ordinary. The staff mostly is great, I didn’t like being talked to like a child from Sin Clair, once you catch it you’ll see how condescending and unprofessional it is. The workmanship was poor quality, and to put a cap on someone’s mouth so far out of a color match is so insane , my temporary work was terrible . I could even chew food properly or at all, I just can’t believe the logic behind pointing fingers at a patient fully . Talking down to your patience’s is highly unprofessional . I’m not the first or last person to spend thousands and be highly disappointed. My mouth has been left in these very conditions , I’ve had other dental providers shocked at the cracks, and holes that weren’t properly handled . This is far from 5 stars service , check it all out , I am beyond words disappointed. They will make it known that their time is a bit more valuable than yours . I can’t recommend Dr Sinclair proceeded to tell me I wanted to cap all of my teeth is why we used a excessively white cap that’s not even a real tooth color. The thought process is let’s see how we can make you spend more.

I had another evaluation at a dental facility and they couldn’t believe how my mouth was left, exposed dental work , Once they get comfortable with you as a patient you’ll see the lack of care, Imagine charging over 1,000 for teeth whitening, and over 2 grand for what was nothing more then a cleaning , the wellness plans covers nothing but they will continue to sell it, had this doctor made a rational decision of what caps would go in my mouth we wouldn’t be here incomplete . Unwilling to work with me when my appointments almost all that I rescheduled were within their own policy timeline . Not to mention the temporary cap that wasn’t a bother they were about to numb me, take that out and do it again…. For what ? Just to over bill me. Absolutely mind blowing. Get a second opinion before they charge you excessive rates and make you seem like the problem. They also in turn tried refunding me a small portion compared to what was spent on permanent solutions. Have your work evaluated somewhere else . You will save thousands of dollars. Don’t learn the hard way like I did .

I love Coastal! By far the best dental office. Helena is amazing. She made me feel very comfortable during my visit. My mouth feels super clean and healthy! I highly recommend anyone who is searching for a team of dental professionals to come here.
