We have been loyal patients of Collingswood Dental Associates for about three years, and our experience has been exceptional. From the moment you step into their office, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming presence. The staff is not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly and approachable. The team always has a smile on their faces, and they go above and beyond to make my children’s visits comfortable. They take the time to discuss procedures with my children, emphasizing the importance of brushing and flossing in a gentle, non-pressuring manner.

Punctuality is another strong suit of Collingswood Dental Associates; they always adhere to scheduled appointment times, which is particularly impressive considering we are a family of four. Dr. Duran stands out for his thoroughness and ability to explain everything clearly, always ensuring that we understand and feel comfortable with the care being provided. Ms. Nicole is an absolute gem; my children adore her, and her pleasant demeanor makes their dental cleanings a positive experience.

The front office staff is equally commendable. They are diligent in scheduling appointments and consistently exhibit a friendly attitude. If I could, I would award them ten stars. The entire team at Collingswood Dental Associates is outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with their service.

What a pleasurable experience! I had a tooth extracted amd never felt more comfortable. Those two things shouldn't even go together, but they made a great experience for me. I also had another diagnosis for a root canal and thier referred endodontist was also great.

I had zero pain getting a root canal done too. I will never say I dont want to go to the dentist again. Not kidding! Thank you so much!

I had a tooth lose a filling and begin to break. I called Dr. Duran’s office and left a message before they were even opened. In no time, Nicole called me and was genuinely concerned with my condition. She squeezed me in that day at 11:00 and I was all done by noon! Dr Duran and his assistant took incredible care of me. Examining me thoroughly and offering me options as to the care I needed.

I could barely feel the Novocain he expertly administered, and he made sure I was comfortable during the repair. Dr. Duran is both talented and kind. It’s rare to receive the level of medical attention you get in his office. The entire staff s caring and professional. It was truly the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist!!!!
