Administrative staff and hygienists are fabulous, everyone is very timely and the experience working with them is smooth. My main complaint is that Dr. Lee in my opinion is kind of harsh and doesn't have a great bedside manner. I felt condescended to at several points over the three appointments I've had so far and he also made several comments which, as someone who struggles to maintain dental hygiene habits due to various mental and physical health conditions, felt unnecessary and rude.

He stated to me that if I don't floss every single day and even miss one day, I have "already lost". For me as an individual, never missing a single day of flossing is simply unrealistic. Some days I am bed bound with pain and I am human, not always perfect. He also told me that the bone loss in my jaw is minor, but that I am "too young to have any bone loss".

As if people of all ages can't have problems and struggles. Overall, it is a fine practice, but I was disappointed that somewhere which advertises itself to be friendly to those with dental anxiety has a dentist who is not nearly mindful enough of how he speaks to patients with dental anxiety. Once I get the fillings done that I need done I will probably be finding a new practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for many years his staff is so amazing and uses state of the art technology. I especially liked Kathleen she was very informative on helping me to take better care of my teeth that I needed to pay more attention to in my daily routine. They truly are a very caring and friendly staff.

This practice has two locations but it’s the same team of uncaring people. I was an 11 yr patient and I’m telling you that their service has gone down the drain. The empathy and care I had grown to love over the years is no longer there. Now they just want you to come in as many times as possible to collect the insurance $. I had the most unpleasant experience today. I made an appointment 3 days ago because of discomfort in my mouth. I moved that appointment up by 4 days because I was in so much pain. The day before my appointment the scheduler reached out to add another appointment for a cleaning saying since you’re gonna be in the office might as well add this because you’re about due.

I was told I would have my cleaning and then I would see the doctor about the pain in my mouth so I had back to back appointments. This was not true I went and I had the cleaning then I had to wait another 45 minutes to see the doctor about the original reason why I was there and the pain in my right side of my mouth. They say me down to do an x-Ray then I was told that they did not have the time to complete the procedure to alleviate the pain that I was having. Now can you imagine being told they “did not have time” to complete the procedure after explaining that the pain was so bad it was impacting my vision to be then told “there is no infection so no prescription” for pain management. I left in more pain that I came in with, my insurance will be charged for a cleaning and an x-ray and the reason why I came in the first place still has not been resolved. Unacceptable. The appointment should have never been booked if they didn’t have time to fully address the situation. It’s sad that I had this experience but I have to be honest about how disappointed I am in today’s lack of care at Dr.

Lee’s office by him and his team. If you want a team that actually cares about your health don’t go here. What I experienced today was careless and unacceptable. Do not leave your dental care in their hands. They do not care about you . I’m being way too kind… DO NOT GO HERE.

I can't say enough good things about this dentist and the office. As someone with dental anxiety, I was made comfortable and calm by everyone I encountered. In all aspects, Dr. Lee, the dental tech and the office staff are knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I'm happy to have found this dentist.
