Columbia dental is the best dental place in Las Vegas! I have been going here for 4+ years now and will never go anywhere else. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable and treatment is excellent! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist! Very kid friendly too!

Just moved to Nevada and was looking up new dentists for our family. I checked my insurance provider list and called them up. I spoke to a "Cindy" who shows to be the office manager on the website. I let her know I was looking for a dentist and needed to confirm if my insurance was accepted. She asked what insurance I had and I let her know. She then abruptly says, "Oh, we are not taking new patients". I asked not even if we are new in the state? She said, "no.

" I asked if she knew of anyone who was and she cut me off saying, no. Before I could say that it states on the website that they are accepting new patients at ALL locations, she quietly says bye and hangs up. So glad I didn't get the opportunity to go in to what sounds like a ridiculous place. Very poor customer service, poor etiquette, and very poor management skills. I hope her boss knows she turned down 3 potential patients. After calling another place, I am blessed to say that they handled the call in a professional manner and gained 3 new patients. I would not recommend this place due to the improper handling of a customer call and service.

I may not have gone into the office to have received this service, AND I am so glad I didn't have to. She proved to me over the phone just how they care for patients. I dislike writing these types of reviews but her manager or boss needs to know how poorly she handled my call and how abruptly she turned me away. I've worked as a manager more than 15 years in a healthcare setting and now work for your level 1 trauma center. I know how to deal with customers, patients, and families. Stay blessed and hope you do not encounter this problem with this place.

Columbia Dental is the best! Dr Vi is amazing and incredibly patient. Taylor, Cindy, Chole and her entire staff are so kind and simply wonderful. I'm so grateful to have my smile back.

Dr. Vi and her staff are amazing. I had really deep decay and she was able to save my tooth from needing a root canal. She's very gentle and friendly and so are her staff. You can tell she really cares about her work and I can't thank her enough. The quality here is top notch, I highly recommend Columbia Dental! You won't be disappointed.
