5 years ago i had half of my teeth removed by these guys at 20 years old. I was given a benzo rather than put under and as a result I have memories of the pain of 14 teeth getting removed. I was given Tylenol for post surgery pain. I had to call screaming and crying once i fully regained consciousness and got a weeks worth of percocet 5s. And frankly I was treated like a drug addict. My questions were never really answered and when Id ask about other options besides dentures i was disregarded.

If i had the time or money i would sue. I think its worth mentioning I don’t think anyone here is a bad person or had bad intentions, but I think i was too easily dehumanized and was just another number to these guys. A statistic. If you have state insurance and need serious work done- do yourself a favor and get better insurance.

My first visit. I had X-rays in the first room. The technician cleaned equipment with sanitizer wipes. We went to another room, and I sat in a dental chair and she put an X-ray bib on me and took additional photos (without changing her gloves). 💎After using those wipes, it’s important to change gloves. I had a reaction and needed to use my EpiPen 🚕10 minutes after I left the building.

I appreciate cleanliness, but those wipes should not touch skin. The residue on the gloves was on my lips/mouth and caused a reaction. Please change gloves after cleaning equipment. Otherwise, this is an amazing, friendly dental office. 😁

In all my years this is one of the best dentists, the staff is very cordial and knowledgeable. I am currently having extensive work done, Dr Nick and his assistants are phenomenal, I even had a couple of teeth pulled and did not feel a thing. Going back for follow-up 10 stars in my book.

Dr. Nick and staff are great! Very nice and understanding. They fixed my broken crown and I am going back for a filling. It was a bit warm in the treatment rooms but it was 90 outside do...All in all a good experience!
