Green, Paola, & Tiffany are literally amazing they are the ones I work with consistently. Would recommend to closest friend or relative personally

Get a second opinion, especially if you have Medicaid & it covers expensive treatments. At 18, I was told I had 10+ cavities & I took SUCH good care of my teeth. I’m also in the medical field & I know how important dental hygiene is. I’ve been at comfort since I was very young, & out of nowhere, all of a sudden I have all these cavities now that I switched from gahanna to dublin? They’ve done X rays every year, & nothing until one visit everything popped up. Unfortunately, I did get them filled, had to go back because three of them broke the day after the filling (only ate soft foods & drink for about a week because I was paranoid of ruining them also).

All I know is that they WILL take advantage of you, & make you feel like you’re going crazy. Now my whole mouth is in constant pain & I’ve been crying everyday because I regret not getting a second opinion, because I know for a FACT, I take wonderful care of my teeth. Now all of my molars have giant holes in them & I can’t even eat or drink anything without being in pain, & when I came back to get my fillings fixed, they told me I needed another filling & 2 crowns & I was on watch for a root canal. I’m done. So with any dentist, always get a second opinion because I regret not getting one & I feel disgusting.

I love healthcare & appreciate everyone who works in dental, & I hate to write this terrible review, but now I have to live with this for the rest of my life. People will run these businesses profit 1st, with no regard for patients & their actual health.

This place is horrible. Give my daughter the run around about fixing her tooth but charged my plan. Very unprofessional back end of office don’t communicate with front end of office. Lied about work she need on other teeth. Didn’t want to give her any antibiotics for the infection in her mouth. I wish I could give the place a negative zero.

I have decided to give 1 star. I went a couple of weeks ago for my first dentist appointment in a long time. I had a baby a year ago and my dental health was horrible. In deciding to go here I got the gold plan because I’m broke and well thought this plan would be nice to poor people. It’s not.

Yes the stuff is cheaper, but I decided to go to a different dentist because this place is unorganized and they don’t care about you, and they won’t let me cancel my hold plan without paying them a bunch of money. When I went the first time I had to beg them to help , and to at least pull one tooth that was hurting really bad, then got sent home with a maybe we can help you with the root canals and a referral to an oral surgeon. Oral surgeon is understandable but when I asked the finance chick if the gold plan was going to work she got an attitude with me. Like ma’am I’m poor, I’m sorry?? I also got a root canal another day and was sent home with no appointment scheduled for a crown because they said I should wait for all my other teeth (wrong I shouldn’t wait more than a week because it can get infected and that crown protects the dead tooth they drilled into) I got a second opinion from another dentist and it turns out I can save a couple of the teeth comfort said I couldn’t and the teeth comfort said needed root canals only needed fillings. I’d suggest not getting the gold plan cause you will be stuck with it even if you have a bad experience and decide to go somewhere else.

I’d also not go to this dentist unless you want nothing to be done right or at all. There are plenty of cheaper options to choice from. Don’t go here. Don’t waste your money!
