Dr. Breeden is an okay dentist but his front office staff are abysmal. I was a patient for 4 years and was told by his staff that he participated with my company's dental plan. I saw him for my routine cleaning and x-rays. I was shocked to receive a bill for the entire cost of my visit. I called requesting clarification and experienced nothing but excuses from his receptionist, Christina.

I paid the balance under duress, as I wanted to continue seeing my regular hygienist. I called to schedule my cleaning with her and was told by Christina that I had been "inactivated" as a patient!?!? I requested a call from the doctor himself. When Dr. Breeden called back, he was less than apologetic for my plight and doubled down on supporting his staff's conduct. I have chosen to find a practice that will value me.

Coming from a guy that really is not a fan of going to the dentist!! Dr. Breeden and his team are great. They truly care about your dental health.

Comfort and satisfaction is their goal, I have always been welcomed with a smile and treated very well. I explained to Dr Breeden my goals and desires for my dental care and he made a road map that made sense and was affordable. I can honestly say I do not "dread" my dentist visits and feel the entire team has the patients best interests and they show it!! Great job to the entire team at Dr Breeden's office!!

Love Dr. Breeden! My hygienist is so kind and Dr. Brenden is very personable and knowledgeable. I’ve never been pressured to buy anything which I love. The practice is very clean and calm and the front desk is always kind!

Dr. BREEDEN was great, along with his back staff. However, when scheduling my husband's new patient appt I asked the question "did they participate in his ins"? They told me yes so I scheduled. Had quite a bit of work done and then got the bill and was almost the full price. I called and was told me they take the ins but do not participate. I stopped them there and stated no I asked do they participate.

They did not care at all. I asked to have Dr. BREEDEN call me and I never heard from him, so I guess he never got the message or did not care. It is ashame because he is a good dentist. I do not have a problem paying for what I owe, but to mislead someone is not acceptable! Dawn
