Community Health & dental care (CHDC) is a non-profit organization established in 2008 with a mission to identify and address gaps in health services, ensuring access to appropriate levels of care for all individuals in its service area, regardless of their ability to pay. The 800 Office, located at 800 Heritage Dr Suite 802, Pottstown, PA 19464, specifically focuses on comprehensive dental care. This location serves as a local provider for dental services in the Pottstown area, catering to children, adults, and seniors in a welcoming and affordable setting. The range of dental services offered is extensive and includes preventive care such as routine cleanings, oral exams, sealants, and night guards. For restorative needs, they provide fillings, crowns, and root canals. The clinic also handles advanced dental care for issues like extractions, toothaches, and chipped teeth, and offers dentures and partials. oral health education is another key component of their preventive approach. CHDC is committed to making healthcare accessible and offers various financial options.
