Dr. Courtney Levine, D.D.S., is a prominent dentist practicing at Community Health Services (CHS) located at 2221 Hayes Ave, Fremont, OH 43420. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry in May 2008. Before joining CHS, she served as the Assistant Dental Director at Kenosha Community Health Center in Wisconsin. Dr. Levine is known for her exceptional clinical skills and her commitment to serving underserved populations, offering services in both English and Spanish. She is an integral part of Community Health Services, a clinic that provides a wide range of healthcare services including family medicine and dentistry. CHS is an FTCA deemed, HRSA supported Health Center, committed to providing accessible and quality care. Dr. Levine has been recognized for her contributions to dental education, receiving the Inaugural Preceptor of the Year Award from the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers for her role as an outstanding clinical teacher and mentor with The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. She actively trains the next generation of primary care providers, emphasizing mission-driven public health. Beyond her clinical and teaching roles, Dr. Levine also played a critical part in the COVID-19 vaccination efforts, providing bilingual support at clinics and even going to farms to vaccinate migrant farmworkers.
