After a long time of going to Como Park Dental, I'm making the switch and going elsewhere. The front desk receptionist Ellieen is very rude and unprofessional, I was simply trying to make an appointment. With my job, it's hard for me to leave work. She was not willing to work with me for a time for me to come in. I don't have dental insurance.

I'm trying to get that with my work. I always paid out of pocket, which was never an issue until now. After 20 minutes of talking to this nasty women, I was not able to make an appointment for a cleaning and a checkup. She needs to work on her customer service and fix that tone of her's.
