My Visit 5/3/25 I absolutely Love Dr. Tim and his awesome team! I have been going to Compassionate Dental for 6 years. They are always very attentive to all my dental needs. Maggie who assisted Dr. Tim in a procedure I had to have done was very kind. I always feel comfortable asking questions with regards to my teeth and payment. They always address my dental issues right away. The cleanings and other work on my teeth have been thoroughly addressed. I always walk out of their office feeling that they truly care about their patients. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful Dentist and team. I would highly recommend this office to everyone! My son is also now a patient of Dr. Tim and I will continue to recommend him to others. Thank you Compassionate Dental Care! Tim, Patrice, and Melissa. Patrice, who took my x-rays and cleaned my teeth, showed me and informed me of better ways to keep my gums and teeth healthy. Patrice was awesome! I met Dr. Tim for the first time and he was also very nice and took the time to really look at the issues with my gums and teeth. I was very impressed and felt very comfortable with both Dr. Tim and Patrice. Melissa, who addressed the insurance and payment part of my visit, was very patient with me and really took the time to go over all my questions regarding the financial part of my visit and future visits. I highly recommend this Dental Office as my visits here are always very pleasant! Thank you Compassionate Dental Care! My Visit 2019 I would give this Dental office a 10. The staff at this location were very customer friendly and professional. They took their time to work on my teeth and answered all my questions. I walked out of this location knowing that I picked an awesome Dentist (Dr. Frank) and Dental Team (Alicia, Stacey,Monica, and Dina). I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. Tim is AWESOME! I also want to say thank you to Neal, Melissa and other staff members. They all make me feel very comfortable when going in for treatment. I would give this Dental office 10 stars if I could. They took me in on an emergency visit and took care of the pain I was having. I can't thank them enough. They are all so genuine at heart! Talking to me every step of the procedure. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who needs dental work. Thank you again Compassionate Dental Care! Highly recommend Compassionate Dental if you’re looking for a “compassionate” place for all your dental care! Maya the service dog surly helped me through a long visit today and took me by surprise how comforting she was!! Once Dr.

Tim started on what we thought was going to be a root canal, he was upfront and honest on the spot and suggested we wait, that it wasn’t so bad after all so we just cleaned it up and made the crown! So many benefits to make this place your home for all your future dental care!

Horrible experience- came to the office as a new patient, scheduled appointment 2 weeks before - were told the cost of the appointment for new patient is $190 for x-rays and full mouth exam, but the girl on the front desk told me that is going to cost $435. No explanation , no excuses. It’s kind of a big difference from the original price over the phone to whatever she came up with.

But, if it’s makes them more happy to lose the new patient from not training employees correctly - that fine for me. There is a lots of bad reviews about money issues, so I guess I’m not the first, and not the last.

I hate writing reviews like these, however, I must express my dissatisfaction with the dental services I received at your clinic and advise others. Despite scheduling multiple appointments and undergoing extensive treatment, 18 crowns attempted, the final outcome was only marginally acceptable. This appointment was supposed to be a quick visit to replace an already existing crown-prepared surface. I selected your clinic based on its positive ratings, expecting to receive the highest quality of care.

However, my experience was far from satisfactory. On several occasions, I arrived for scheduled appointments only to be informed that the clinic did not have time to accommodate me or that a waiver was already signed stating I was happy with the results (which never happened). This was particularly frustrating and inconvenient since the clinic was forty-five minutes away. While I acknowledge that no damage was caused to my existing tooth and that the service dog was pleasant, these factors do not compensate for the overall negative experience I had.

I lost many days of work, time, and money, and I am disappointed that I did not receive the level of care and professionalism that I had anticipated. To conclude, I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and make improvements to ensure that future patients have a more positive experience. For customers reading I will likely post a follow-up if this crown breaks prematurely as well.
