The staff is friendly. I went in for complete removal of all my teeth. At 58, I've had many many many more dental procedures/surgeries than most. I am a very brave dental patient after decades of practice. I have never had so much pain and discomfort in all my experiences. The numbing procedure felt like razor blades ripping apart the soft tissues in my mouth. Tears were streaming down my face into my ears. Not once during the hour procedure did anyone ask if I was okay or even offer me a tissue. Nor did Dr.

Taylor or his assistant pay attention when I held up my hand to express for him to stop. Numbing and injections have NEVER bothered me. Something was wrong this time. I talked to another patient that had the same immense pain through the numbing process. Since there is zero way to get ahold of Dr. Taylor, this is the only way I know how to communicate with him. "Dr. Taylor, please relearn this procedure". With all the techniques and medications, the pain should not be like this! And these 2 patients that have experienced this nightmare, also hope for your focus to be on the patient, and not chatting it up with the staff.

Dr. Taylor, your patients' lives are changing while you casually pop out their teeth. I implore you to please be more focused, present and demonstrate empathy. Your patients will be more than grateful. Thank you in advance for reading and taking a personal reflection on this matter. Good luck. I will not recommend you. And I will not be back.

I am so amazed on what a wonderful job they done. I have my smile back from when I was 29 again. I had all these questions running through my head. Wondering what I was going to look like? Wonder if people would know if they were fake? If I could keep them in my mouth? If they were going to be made big? But is was nothing like that at all. I have what I have been missing for years. The time flew by after I got my teeth pulled. It’s so worth the wait.

The workers and everyone in that office is so sweet and amazing. I felt like they all were family. The love and encouragement from them felt so wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. I will never go anywhere else.

Just want to start off by saying this is one of the best dentistry’s I have ever been to. The service was amazingly fast and the staff are just as amazing, they did everything so well. Huge shout out to all of you working there. Yall are great! If you have any dental needs I recommend this place 100/10

I had all my teeth pulled by Dr Taylor yesterday and have been very impressed by him and his office. I had one moment of pain which he quickly acted and gave more injections for. He had 23 teeth removed in just an hours time.

Yesterday after the numbing wore off I was in a great deal of pain but today is manageable. The staff were all friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this office and can't wait to see my smile in a few months!
