I sent this company an email based on my experiences. The most bizarre dental experience I have ever had; However my experience with the dentist was bizarre. I got my X-rays done and was shown to an examination room. I say in the exam chair and then someone, a heavyset man in a lab coat and glasses came in and all I heard behind me was a bunch of muttering and noises. He came around to where I could see him and all he could say was something like my teeth were in bad shape! Okayyyy. Yeah that's why I came in! He muttered some more behind me and after about 10 minutes, some lady came in.

After a few minutes she said that this was a short appointment and that I needed to schedule for sone extractions! They walked out the door. Zero communication as to what was wrong with my teeth, no conversation about next steps or the process. Nothing. Yeah I know my teeth are in bad shape as a result of having radiation and hormone therapy from cancer. But the appointment I had with your dentists was horrible. Not sure where to go from here.

I was recommended to you by the VA clinic in Vineland. Please forward this to your management. I get that you have a lot of patients and I appreciate all the work that your team does at the front office. But from this experience your dentists were irresponsible. Dr Gary Chopp is very professional, caring and knowledgeable . He listens to his patients. My favorite dentist !! The secretary at the front was also very considerate. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
