Clearly only care about billing. I made an appt for a cleaning. But she told me they only do 1 thing at a time. Today was a check up. I would have to come back and make another appt for the cleaning. According to her, I would have to come back 7 additional times for 7 fillings(no way I need 7 fillings) This place can't be trusted.

The initial visit was fine, it took a few weeks to schedule a routine checkup as a new patient but that's pretty normal. I got some X-rays and spoke with the dentist about my teeth and that was pretty much it. Then they said that I would have to come back to schedule the cleaning separately. I don't understand why I didn't get the cleaning done as part of the initial visit as a new patient.

During my visit I spoke with the dentist about an old filing that might be chipped so I'd like to have that addressed. But bow I have to get the cleaning scheduled for next month first and then I can get a filing that following month. On top of that, there's apparently no way to directly call the office regarding appointments, it has to get routed through this complete care network and I was on hold for 25 minutes before I just gave up. I decided to go here because this dentist office is closer than my old one but if I was made aware of the process of making individual appointments for a routine checkup, cleaning, then filing I would've just stuck with my old dentist.

My initial impressions seemed fine but I've never had to schedule an appointment just for cleaning (and theoretically I'd have to wait two months for a repair of an old filing). Update, after I called to attempt to reschedule my appointment for the filing I was unable to get anything sooner than 2 months from now in any of the dentist offices. It is definitely not a regular dentist experience to have to wait several months for a routine filing. I'm going back to my old dentist
