Went in for an extraction and Dr. Mathis injected my gums trying to numb me…she went across the hall to numb another patient also and she hollered and almost came up off the chair from whatever Dr. Mathis had done.

She came back over to see if I was numb and she attempted to pull my tooth and I told her I feel that and it hurts, she stopped and injected my gums some more and immediately attempted to snatch my tooth out again and I told her once again, I can feel that. She sent me home with antibiotics and pain pills and had me to reschedule to come back in 7 days but I will NEVER go back there again 0/10 don’t highly recommend!!!

I had a cleaning appointment at 9am this morning I was there and check in at 8:50 am. It was 11am before I was called in the back and waited there for 30 mins with no service. I left I have had previous appointments that they were late but, this was it for me.

They have asing upfront that states if you're 15 mins late you will have to be reshcheduled. What about when they having you waiting for over an hour and no service? No respect for customer time. I rate it a one for service time

My daughter has been going here since she was in highs school a little before but she got diagnosed with mental illness after getting out. She sees Dr. Mathis. My first time speaking with or interacting with her was today and I must say she is very rude and unprofessional and has no empathy for her patients the people she is supposed to be treating and helping. My aunt took my daughter but called me so she could inform me of what the doctor was saying. I had additional questions for the doctor so my aunt was giving her the phone and she tells my aunt I heard you tell her everything I don’t need to get in the phone. My aunt had to tell her that I had questions. She comes to the phone and I’m asking the questions and she is telling me what the insurance isn’t going to pay like the work couldn’t be done bc insurance won’t pay.

I advised her I was already aware of the insurance not paying and tht I would pay out of pocket for the work I just need to know the options and the estimate. This lady didn’t want to answer any questions from me or my daughter from what my aunt stated she basically ignored my daughter when she asked her a questions. . I don’t appreciate people like this working with people but don’t know how to treat them or show empathy. Just because a person has a mental illness does not mean you treat them less than or act like they aren’t there and don’t have feelings. This lady is very unkind and unprofessional and truly does not need to be working with the public if she can’t show human decency. I see other reviews abt her and it’s obvious she has a bad attitude. I will not come back to this place for any dental work ever.

I won’t subject my daughter to that. I will find a doctor who wants to actually be a dentist and take care of their patients and treat them like human beings. . I wouldn’t let this woman touch my dogs mouth that is how disgusted I was with her attitude today. They need to remove her from tht office bc it is really a shame to have someone like that representing your business.
