They cancelled all three of my kids appointment just because I didn't respond to a text. Said this was their policy when I made the appointment almost a month ago it was not told to me of such a policy . . and when I was done addressing this she then had the nerve to say o well do you kids have Medicaid. .

well we don't accept bthat insurance which is a flat out lie because I have another family member who goes there and only has Medicaid. . she just didn't want to take me after I flat out told her it was wrong to do so. I'll make sure and tell everyone I know about this place and the way the discrimination was with the fact we had Medicaid knowing full well they do accept it.

Vcikie Pace must be upset that he wasn’t given free cookies at Palmetto Dentistry because judging by all of his other Google reviews, that’s the only way a business can receive a 5 star rating from him! How can you trust a fellow that can’t even spell his first name? Truthfully, if you’re looking for a professional, courteous staff, along with professional service, Palmetto Dentistry is the right place for you.

I’ve had nothing but the best experience with Palmetto Dentistry, Everyone in the office are awesome! They were so good with my toddler’s, kept reassuring me that they were fine when they were acting out like toddlers do (2&3 years old) lol. So if your looking for GREAT dentist office that’s good for the whole family palmetto dentistry is definitely the place.
