Connect Health + Wellness (CHW) is a non-profit organization established in 2005, dedicated to providing accessible medical and dental services in Southern Virginia, specifically in the Martinsville, Henry County, and surrounding areas. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), CHW operates several locations, including two main Federally Qualified Health Centers in Bassett and Ridgeway, and a dedicated Community dental clinic in Martinsville. The dental clinic, located at 23 Fayette St, Martinsville, VA 24112, focuses on delivering quality and affordable dental health services. The Martinsville dental clinic primarily serves medically underserved children and adults, including those who are uninsured or have Medicaid. They offer a range of essential dental procedures, such as diagnostic and preventive services (like cleanings), fillings, root canals, and extractions. Recognizing the strong link between oral health and overall well-being, Connect Health + Wellness emphasizes the importance of routine dental check-ups for early detection of potential health concerns. Connect Health + Wellness is committed to ensuring healthcare access for all, regardless of their financial situation or insurance status.
