I called to see if they were excepting new patients. I was told that they had a waiting list all the way going up into August, which was fine. I can understand that, but after telling Jessica (the lady who took my call) about my son's situation all I got for advice was nothing.

All Jessica did was very rudely say, 'bye". Well that was really nice of her wasn't it? So After that I am more than happy not to deal with this rude dentist office ever again.

I’m an OU student who didn’t have the ability to go back home for my appointment. I had an injury to my face that impacted one of my front teeth. I called 3 days in advance to set up an appointment. I showed up and I had to knock on the window in front of the receptionist to let me in. She finally came to the door and said “May I help you?”. In an extremely, condescending, and disrespectful way. I came at the time of my appointment, obviously it was the 21 year old student showing up for the appointment.

After being let in, I waited… and this is not an exaggeration, one hour, before someone showed me any acknowledgement. I got numbed, but I still felt everything, that was being done to my messed up tooth. The head dentist stopped the filling because she said that she didn’t want to hurt me anymore. I respected that. BUT, from when I got into the office, to when I left, 30 minutes past. I told her that my tooth was extra sensitive to pressure and she told me while I was getting an extremely painful filling, that she DID NOT need to be doing what she was doing because my problem is definitely more severe. She did not tell me that.

I contemplated walking out the second I saw the clown show of a business. I should have left when I wanted to. She didn’t finish the filling to make the sides even flossable. She left me with bleeding gums and tooth shavings in my mouth without offering me a rinse. Then told me to go pay. I went back to my car and cried to my mom and she made me a new dentist appointment.

I was very disappointed! Id came for a teeth cleaning,but, instead called my mother in(I am an adult!)..& told my mother everything about my teeth! Plus,she didn't clean my teeth,& she was very rude, talking about my teeth

Nicole Conrath and staff were amazing in treating me after a bicycle accident knocking my two front teeth loose. She fit me into her busy schedule and was able to treat me and pop them back into place. Showed great compassion and concern for my well being. I would recommend her practice to anyone needing dental services. Thanks!
