I’m giving this place Z E R O stars! Scheduled myself & my three kids appointments all on the same day. Get there & the place is smaller than my living room, which is fine. They expected me to let all of my kids sit in the waiting room bc their office wasn’t big enough…. but they are the ones who scheduled everyone’s appt at once. Then all of a sudden the X-ray machine was broke. I needed a filling but was told I had to make a follow up appt for that.

Made an appt for the following week. On my way there, they call to reschedule…on the day I was suppose to return, they call AGAIN to reschedule saying the dr didn’t want to come in & that it was NORMAL of him to call off a lot. Then wanted to ask if I wanted to reschedule. Are yall dumb or ARE YALL DUMB? This place needs shut down & idk how ANY employee survives from working at this place that is always closed! I called the BBB.

this place is terrible. Dentists never goes to work, reschedules about a dozen times, and the workers are unprofessional. Please do not go here

Honestly was really impressed here. I have an insane fear of dentists but my son needed some work. They were all extremely kind, patient, and thorough with him. They explained everything and reassured us both if we have questions just ask. They did an amazing job on the cleaning and fillings they did today and we have an appointment for later this week to continue on with more work. Dr.

McKinley was really good with my son and his assistant was seriously so supportive, she was so reassuring and telling him he was doing great. My son is a teenager so I was terrified because this experience was probably going to set the example for what a real dentist trip is and they made it so wonderful. He is so happy with his fillings and actually excited to get the rest done! They were so quick to get him in too. If you need dental work seriously don't hesitate to give them a chance.

Very good if you can get past multiple appointment cancellations. I don’t think they have any regard for other people’s time. Their office calling on day of appointment to want to re-schedule it. Not good.
