(End March 2024). My First visit to Dr. Urlaub and team’s Dental Practice. FANTASTIC and PROFESSIONAL! Discovered this dental practice via our dental insurance, but this practice offers dental plans like many in the Raleigh area. Kate, their new patient welcoming hygienist, was MOST gentle, thorough and welcoming. Met Dr. Urlaub after my cleaning with Kate to discuss dental questions and follow on care. I am VERY confident being a person now in my 50s, this is the family feel dental practice my husband and I were looking for and it will provide TOP NOTCH dental care for both of us! Thank you Dr.

Urlaub, Kate and the lady at the front desk! To the lady at the front desk, she is so incredibly professional, patient and welcoming too! June 2024 - Went in to fix a chipped bottom tooth and got to meet another FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL dental hygienist, Keisha. She and Dr. Urlaub worked so well together fixing my tooth, but Dr. Urlaub also noticed a tooth on the upper as I bit down was causing friction, so he did a very minor grind down of that. Very professional team working, especially with Deborah being so welcoming and helpful up front when checking in. Thank you Dr. Urlaub and your team for taking GREAT and PROFESSIONAL care of our teeth! **Spoiler alert** There were 2 emails that went out in the past 6 months to give advance notice and then official notice that Dr. Urlaub turned over and sold his practice to a young and competent Dentist, Dr.

Ashlynn Loenser. Deborah is still there to welcome everyone and after your dental treatments she ensures appointments are made (many are made right in the treatment rooms with the hygienists) upon check out. Really only the big boss has changed and my dental care was EXACTLY the same - STUPENDOUS! Thank you!! (April 2025). Dr. Urlaub has retired and Dr. Loenser has the dental expertise as well as welcoming and business acumen to carry on with OUTSTANDING care! My hygienist, Fea, was WONDERFUL! I have sensitive teeth and had stains all my life, and she was so GENTLE and very detailed in cleaning my 50+ year old teeth. I don’t like going to a dentist, but it’s a must for dental and overall health. And I(and my husband too!) feel like part of the extended family at this dental practice and are getting WONDERFUL care to put our minds at ease and maintain our health best we can!
