Dr Solomon coughed over my mouth for 1. 5 hours and was blowing his nose in the hallway. I’m immunocompromised and so is my husband so I asked him if he was sure that he didn’t have Covid. His response was that it was a tail end of a cold and who knows anymore.
One would think a medical professional would care enough about his patients and his staff to get tested before working on patients. I received a phone call a couple of days later that I was indeeed exposed to Covid due to this Dentist’s totally irresponsible actions. Since he commented that it was just a tail end of a cold, I wonder how many other people were exposed due to his negligent actions. His front office staff are all unmasked as well,

I always had a hard time finding a dentist I really am happy with. I have always had a great experience at Cornerstone. The staff are very friendly.
Angela Burleson-Ott is amazing with our family (this includes three rambunctious children). The prices are reasonable compared to other dentist I have been to. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for a great dentist that is honest, does great cosmetic work and great with children!

So whenever I visit a dentist I prepare myself for a painful day or evening, but this was true up until last month when I met Dr. Solomon and his team. Last month and Today (January 12th, 2022) I had a root canal and filling for a broken and decayed tooth, that was also highly infected. Without exaggeration, from A to Z of both procedures were absolutely painless, not even a tad of pain during and even hours after the procedure, it may sound as if I am trying to write a biased view about Dr. Solomon and his practice, but honestly, I have been to many dentists, but I have never had such a smooth and attentive care and professional service from any dentist in my life.
I write this review because I believe a good dentist must be distinguished among others, and I am sure there are many great dentists out there, but if you are not sure about your next dental visit, I highly recommend Dr. Solomon in Cincinnati, OH, I am quite confident you will not get disappointed. Thanks, Dr. Solomon.

I had been going to Dr Ott for about 7 years when I finally hit the last straw with this practice. I have found the dental hygienists rude and demeaning intermittently, but after getting a phone call from a debt collection agency- I'm done! I never received any communication from the practice directly. They had my address (that I've lived at for 2. 5 years) incorrect, but my phone number was right AND I had been for routine maintenance at their office since then! There are many ways they fell through in this, but when I called to discuss and see how this happened, the receptionist was rude and didn't apologize at all - making it seem like my fault for not updating my address.
There is no way that in 2. 5 years my address wasn't updated; you should've told me at my most recent appt since the balance was due; and you could have called! This is not the patient experience that anyone is looking for.
