Unfortunately this office combined with my original dentist office (Dr. Doland’s office) some years back, and I stopped frequenting the dentist as much. I last was seen in this office several years ago, it was a good experience because at the time my original dental hygienist and dentist (Dr. Bempkins) were there - mind you at this visit they billed my insurance FIRST. Fast forward, when I tried to schedule an appointment at this office the representative said I must pay out of pocket for services and then be reimbursed by my insurance.
Then proceeded to ask if that was okay and when I said no, she was happy to end the call. (Quite rudely I may add) I’ve been seen at this office before and my insurance was in fact billed first, I actually have my records and bills to show that. This gives me a feel that they are just a money hungry dentist office now that the majority, if not all, the people from Dr. Doland’s office is no longer there.

I had a great experience at Corning dental Associates and Dr Crane has been my primary dentist. She has been very professional and very gentle with my teeth whenever attended for filling or cleaning.

I’ve been a patient for many years. Doctors and Assistants are some of the best in the area. Service has been outstanding and excellent quality. I broke my bridge and was seen in the same day, even during their lunch! They try to be as fair as possible with pricing and payment. I, personally, have seen Dr. Vargas, Dr. Paul and Dr. Crane and would use them all again.
