I have quite a few mixed feelings about this place. While they did a great job, removing my teeth… their customer service, and people skills are quite horrible. My wisdom teeth surgery was postponed for about six months for pretty inadequate reasons, With none of the staff being able to help Me at any point in time, and just being straight up rude on the phone- and most of them in person. The front desk people are unwilling to help you, no matter what you’re asking for- I asked the lady very politely where the washroom was and I have never been looked at with more disgust in my life. The doctor was absolutely amazing, as well as the lady that helped him and the anesthesiologist.

The rest of the staff, though, were again very unprofessional. As I was sitting in the Operating room, All I could hear for 20 minutes were the dental hygienists talking about how disgusting the process was and generally freaky things about the removal process. I found that extremely inconsiderate as my room was about four steps away from the staff And I could clearly hear every word that was being said. I later asked the same nurses to use the washroom again, because I had been waiting for 30 minutes. And once again, I was met with a very disgusting look.

It was as if I had interrupted their conversation. Dr. diamond was awesome as Well, as the wonderful Dental, hygienist, and Anesthesiologist, Though if you do want to be treated With kindness throughout this whole process, and not just in the operating room, I would recommend going somewhere else!
