Oh My God, what a great facility, so professional, helpful, extremely clean facility. They explain everything in great detail. It is our first time here and I would give more than 5 Stars if I could. Lora I is outstanding from setting up the appoinment n gathering the information. Hygenist Brielle n Dr Bonella are outstanding.

Apologies for not remembering the names of the other staff. But all of them are at the highest standard. They should have awards hanged all over the facility. Much appreciation, David n Mercedes Quintana

Brielle was my dental hygenist. She was very thorough, offered a cancer screening which I had never been offered before!! She did an excellent job cleaning and also put antibiotic pads under my gums. Excellent care!

I came in for a cleaning and was told it was supposed to be a deep cleaning and it would cost extra. I would also need to schedule a second appointment because only half could be done on one day, and I’d have to come back and pay 150 for the other half. I declined, asked for a regular cleaning that my insurance covered. The staff didn’t seem to approve. So…to my surprise…my cleaning was done in record time (7 minutes).

The fastest ever! After over 10 years…I’m leaving. I’m tired of OC Dental finding new ways to get more money out of my insurance. I’m sorry, but you make your customer feel uncomfortable with how you keep recommending extra “services” out of our pockets.
