During my initial appointment time, no one ran my insurance until I arrived. It took them a significant amount of time, approx 40 min to do so. They incorrectly said my insurance only covered less than a dollar for a routine check up, thankfully I caught their mistake and brought it to their attention where they argued with me that it was correct and then I had to explain to them that I have had this insurance for 6 years and have never been charged anything for a routine check up.

They called insurance and fixed it but at this point I had to leave and come back the next day to do the appointment. Once they took me back, their xray machine did not work so they only did a few and not the whole picture but I’m sure they billed for the entire thing. During the cleaning the water tasted really badly of lead or some type of strong mineral.

I live about 4 min away from the office and our water doesn’t taste anything like this so I don’t know why it tasted so horrible. The staff was so incredibly kind and I feel awful to have to leave this review but the way this office is managed is shameful and I could never recommend to anyone.

I drove 2 hours with my son to get our teeth cleaned by the best Hygienist Tonya Timmons! 😄 She’s so awesome with the kids! We had the BEST experience with her! The Hygiene DA and the Dentist were also great! Everyone made us feel very comfortable with our visit!!

Every time I visit this office I’m always greeted by a professional and respectful staff. The music is a vibe and the office stays clean. I came in for a cleaning and the dental assistant who did my x rays (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. My teeth were cleaned by Ms Tonya and she was thorough and careful. I literally felt better once she was done.

Afterwards, same appointment, I had two cavities filled by Dr Lorenzo and the same dental assistant who did my x rays. The doctor made sure everything was perfect before I left his chair and the whole procedure was quick, painless and efficient. Everyone in the office was down to earth, funny and welcoming. I felt comfortable the entire time. I will be returning for my next cleaning! Thank you, guys!
