Doors were locked when I arrived for my childrens appointment... Had to leave work to rush to this appointment for unprofessionalism. This is very discouraging and disappointing. Just for the staff to watch my children and I threw the door. Customer service and pleased patients are the last thing they are worried about. Thank you for this experience that my children had to endure.

These people SUCK they keeps sending me bill after bill in the mail and harassing my wife's phone for an outrageous amount which I DO NOT OWE. After confirming with my insurance provider for the second time, we were assured by MetLife that a claim was successfully submitted and the total amount owed is $77. 20 and NOT $670. 00 for a basic child's cleaning. At first when son's cleaning was done they didn't even file a claim correctly so it was not accepted due to incorrect input of information on whoever was submitting the information for the claim. Finally another claim was submitted again and we were told by my insurance provider at the time "MetLife" that we only owe $77. 20 but this company keeps sending bills with last warning for $670.

00?!. . . . . . Seriously!

I have been bringing my kids here since they were old enough for a dentist. When it was KoolSmiles. My oldest got his braces a year & and a half ago. Though it was tough for a while with no orthodontist, the staff really did the best they could with the hand they were dealt. They did AMAZING. I really like the new orthodontist. Very professional. As well as her assistant. Whom I absolutely LOVE. My son really likes her too.

Both my boys had to have dental work on Tuesday. Needless to say, I am back on Thursday. Due to my youngest son bit his lip really badly. They squeezed him in without an appointment. I am very grateful for the Office Manager Kay. The Dentist, the assistant & Ms. Kay was extremely helpful, concerned, and got him seen & prescriptions done. This office in Rock Hill, SC on Cherry Road comes highly recommended.

My kids appointment was at 4:00, I got there at 4:07 for them to tell me about a 5 minute grace period that I knew nothing about! I’ve definitely been more than 5 minutes late before. I don’t live in rock hill so it was a waste of my time and gas! Being that they call EVERYDAY for me to schedule an appointment you would think that they would be a little more considerate. Then called me the same day at 4:30 to get me to reschedule. I don’t think so! Take my name off the list and don’t call me anymore.

Looking through the reviews yall already have people waiting for hours but my kids appointment get cancelled for two minutes. Oh okay, crazy work. Found a new dentist same day with better reviews and luckily getting them in tomorrow.
