Dr.Trivedi was wonderful. He made me feel at ease. I had 4 teeth pulled and it was painless. The staff was outstanding so very nice. I highly recommend Creve Coeur Denistryl0

I live in Olivette - had to find a new dentist when mine closed. Tried this place for myself and family, but after one visit, we have all left and have moved to a new dental office in Clayton (Wydown Family Dental!). My summary - the 1 star reviews here are spot on in my experience. When you see as many as you do there is something to it (whether a restaurant, store, or dentist). I offer 2 stars because the dentist I saw (who no longer works there) was pleasant and professional (Dr. Spalding I think). For a bit more context here are my negatives and issues: 1. Insurance billing is not done well. I have two dental plans, which I know is a pain, but the insurance folks can't seem to get it right to "bill this one, wait, then bill this one for the balance. " I just got a bill from my November visit (its June now) and they still have only billed one of my insurances. 2. The providers come and go.
In the short time I've come here (for one appointment) my dentist left, my other new dentist is left or gone, and there are several new dentists who look like recent graduates. 3. The orthodontist refused to fix my permanent retainer because, per his staff, "he does not believe in them" (whatever that means) so I had to go find another separate orthodontist to fix my broken permanent retainer. New ortho said he was not a fan of them either but of course he would fix it. Hat tip to Dr. Shapiro where I'm taking all of my kids for their braces now. 4. They won't schedule my kids at the same time. They have some rule about only 2 family members at the same time even if they have the schedule openings. I have 3 kids. Not great trying to do annual cleanings in two visits instead of one. Such a weird policy and not one I've ever encountered (and our new dentist had no problem scheduling my 3 kids together for their next appointments).
5. Kids were scheduled for cleanings in June and we got last minute phone call a few days prior saying there were no appointments because the dentist had a last minute emergency or family issue. They offered to reschedule us in August (two months later) and did not seem willing to move us to another dentist in the group to be seen more quickly. Things happen, sure, but they did not seem very accommodating or offer to put us on a wait list or anything. 6. The "SmileGeneration" business model is weird. Read up on it, but it is basically a model that is a lot like the big corporate chain like Aspen Dental (and you know the horror stories there). They sell it as something helpful, but a few minutes on reddit hearing from dentists about what it is makes it clear that offices associated with SmileGeneration are just part of a large national chain of practices that leverage the appearance of being local. I try to support local when I can, so this was a turn off. Anyways - you can check my review history - I don't write a ton of reviews and I try to be fair, but as far as dental offices go, I should have taken to heart the large number of 1-star reviews as they were accurate in my experience.

The entire staff is pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. With some extra years under my belt, I remember the days in my youth and forward in my dental journey where my dentists pushed, pulled and poked with the occasional pause to let the smoke settle -seemingly unconcerned about the pain and anxiety.
When your dentist office treats you with respect you want to do better and you don’t stress over the next visit. I appreciate the team at Creve Couer Dentistry and Orthodontics for always empathizing and helping us feel that they genuinely care!

I love this dental office! Dr. Bondari took awesome care of me, as well as my hygienist. I feel bad I can't remember her name, but she was super sweet! All around a great experience!
