Extremely attentive and professional! From the moment I called to make an appointment with Cristel Family I was impressed with the level of care I received. Brenda the receptionist went above and beyond to get me scheduled with my daughter at the same time, and didn’t bat an eye when our something changed on our end. When we arrived the hygienists were cheerful and made my tween feel at ease. I was shocked with how much conversation they had as she usually never says a peep! My hygienist (Jann) was phenomenal and worked carefully and so patiently with me.

She worked incredibly hard to minimize every discomfort, and continually sought feedback from me to check in. Such genuine care! Finally, Dr. Cristel is a fantastic communicator too and was able to get to the root of my problem (sorry, tooth pun) that had driven me to seek his expert care upon recommendation by a friend. I’m so glad I did! He explained my situation in terms that I could understand, and gave me a couple of options.

It’s a little too early to tell if it’s solved from yesterday, But it is vastly improved, and I now know what I need to do if I want to move forward with some other options. So that is a lot of words to say, don’t hesitate if you (and some kiddos) need dental care to connect with Cristel Family!

Easy & quick to get in after my new insurance kicked in with my job. My cleaning & xrays were painless & comfortable. Everyone was really nice. I set my 6 month appointment up and will be returning. Dentist was nice and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend this dentist.

Had a great visit with hygienist Christy. On time and a ck by Dr Cristel. Emily at the front desk is a nice addition and welcoming. I like the comfortable feeling of the office, which, as some dental offices can be intimidating at times, thanks.
