I always have a great experience with the staff at Crosskeys Family Dental. Miss Cookie is a wonderful person who treats you with care and compassion as if you are actually a member of family. I always enjoy my visits. Especially when I have Miss Cookie.

I want to split this review into two parts, the front office and the dental staff. The front office is run like a circus. No one seems to know what’s going on, appointments are moved and no one seems knows why. Their appointment confirmation process is all over the place, mistakes seem to be made here, being that corporate had to fix the issues at hand. The office needs help. The dental staff is wonderful, the ONLY reason this review is a 2 star and not a 1 star.

I had cleanings, fillings and a root canal done here. My experience with the medical staff was excellent. Hopefully the office can pull its head out of its own butt because dealing with them makes me want to go elsewhere. I think it’s important to note that The office staff seems to genuinely wants to help.

SO tired of this office staff and lack of trying to actually do their jobs. With the exception of the Ortho staff (Patty) and the hygienists...they are all great. It's the poorest customer service. We have been there for 9 years and the old staff used to be wonderful. Complete gone downhill since COVID. So disappointing.
