Sadly NO STARS if I could! I have dealt with many many doctors for my medical situation and I have NEVER come across an office or doctor for that matter that has no empathy when you have an emergency!! Looks like I am not the only one they did this to after reading many of the comments. I had an emergency right before the weekend, the weekend of my birthday and had to find a Dentist that would take me rather then waiting for my appointment which was Monday. With my condition I cannot afford the risk of infection so I had to do what was best for me. Now when you you go online it says their office is closed on Friday so I did not call based on what I read and figured it would be OKAY to call first thing Monday but that was not the case because the office is so GREEDY and could care less about your circumstances they are demanding I pay for the missed appointment.

The dentist himself called me and was very condescending and you can tell in his voice he did not care at all!!! I refuse to pay and they can send me to collections and try and get a lawyer too, I have a great lawyer as well!! I refuse to pay when I did everything I was supposed to do, maybe update your hours to reflect you are available in the office for calls. I have the screenshot saved for my lawyer proving it noted closed, and when I am dealing with an infection and trying to help myself I am sorry the first thing not on my mind was leaving a message. Such a shame to be in an industry where you are responsible for caring, sympathizing and be understanding they chose to ONLY care about MONEY!!!! Oh yeah and they said that since I had to cancel an appointment 2 years ago that that was already an accommodation they made, WOW really, 2023!!!!! I will NEVER GO BACK, I recommend Dental Solutions, where they are VERY accommodating and I have had an awesome experience this entire week dealing with my issue!! If the roles were reversed I am sure they would not appreciate being treated the way I was and would want their dental office to be understanding rather then cold and insensitive. All circumstances are different and if I had canceled because I had something come up then I understand but I had an emergency, an infection that needed to be taken care of but this practice chose to to put MONEY ahead of anything else.

They claim its because me not showing up takes away from another patient they could have seen but truth is it takes away money they could have been making and that's all they care about!!! In life unpredictable things happen and it would be nice to be more understanding. And its a damn shame because when I first met the dentist I thought he was great and had a cool personality but not after speaking with him the other day!!! Every situation is different and sometimes you have to be a little lenient based on the circumstances And understanding to the situation again, that's a part of being in the service industry. Each situation is approached differently and this was a big failure and maybe because you're such a successful practice, you don't care about what people's opinions are because you already have a clientele, but you still should be held accountable for providing an unpleasant experience and that's why I wanted to share my thoughts.

Dr. Jaffery and his team provide excellent dental care. They accommodated me with an emergency appointment and then even called to see if I could come in sooner. Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. The office is clean and bright. Dr Jaffery did an excellent job of repairing my teeth, and was great at communicating during my procedures. I highly recommend this practice.

I truly love it here. The staff are amazing, very courteous, and always have your best interests in mind both in terms of your health and your pocket! Also I just love the beautiful forest views you get from the patient chair. Amazing service, absolutely recommend.

Worse experience ever. Every time I had something done it was never done right how to be done over and of course more money. Dr accidentally drop crown and I swallowed it next crown fell out Always more money when you went back The best last visit fixed crown Charged me $200 never gave me a receit called insurance was never put through it was for Glue really glue after all this like I said more money Had to go to new Dentist had to get a root canal on same tooth.

Like I said was never done right always more money.
