Went here to have my wisdom teeth pulled and Dr. Babik managed to pull the wrong tooth, I now have no second molar and I have to go somewhere to have the wisdom tooth that is still left in my mouth pulled. The other dentist here isn’t in the clear either as I returned twice post op and he either failed to notice the wrong tooth was pulled or was hoping I wouldn’t.

Don’t know how these people are still open.

I've never really successfully gone to the dentist before I found Richmond City Dentistry. It's now been two years since my first appointment there, and I am actually taking care of my teeth. (I'm so glad the downtown office has reopened!). The office and staff are so friendly and welcoming, but that's only the beginning. Most importantly, the dental care is the perfect mix for me - I feel cared for and encouraged to take important actions for my health, but never scolded.

They have been working with me to realistically improve habits while also taking care of my teeth and mouth. The pricing is very fair, they've worked with me across several types of insurance, and they explain what they're charging line by line better than any other dentist I have met. I am so happy to have found this dental practice and would recommend them to anyone.
