A quick Google search for emergency dental sent me to BRSL…now I am three visits later and so glad to have found them! I have a fair amount of anxiety with dental visits and Dr. McConnel has done a wonderful job of putting me at ease. He’s very good at explaining what he’s doing and checking to make sure I’m doing okay along the way.

Shout out to Toni (sp?) as well for her kindness! From check-in to checkout, everyone is welcoming and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

I was seen in January for an emergency crown detachment after being out of state for 4 years. The entire staff was welcoming and Dr. Brown was so engaging. I have been a patient of BRSL Dentistry off/on since 2008, & have returned to it twice after seeing other providers. (Only reason I went to other providers was for insurance coverage, and I switched carriers to return to BRSL!) EVERYONE in this practice is amazing, and I have to say it’s the best medical practice I’ve ever encountered, of any specialty. The quality of care and consistency of communication has been exceptional, always.

I never have the slightest doubt that someone new will be any less skilled than someone who has been there for years, and let’s face it, most of us have some fear around dental work! Yesterday I was there for a regular periodontal checkup and the hygienist I saw, Jennifer, who has never worked with me before, was absolutely wonderful (ALL the hygienists are magnificent!!) with a quiet, precise manner. Dr. LeNoir (also amazing!) has been my dentist for several years and is exceptional, with a kind, straightforward manner.

After leaving there, I felt better than I had all week. I very highly recommend this practice and am really grateful to be a patient.
