I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The front desk scheduled an X-ray for me without informing me of any specific costs in advance. In addition, they did not inform me in advance that I wouldn’t be able to get a cleaning that day due to not meeting the required one-year interval for biannual cleanings. Instead, they went ahead for an x-ray and told me that because I had the X-ray done there, I would have to wait until August for a cleaning, and that I could only get it done at their clinic for the rest of the year.

They also pretended not to know that I had undergone teeth cleaning at another dentist within 6 months, claiming they only knew I had done an X-ray elsewhere. If I didn’t get my cleaning done in another dentist, why would I need an X-ray there? That reasoning is honestly kind of ridiculous.

Great experience! I had my first appointment and assumed it would be one hour, not two. So I didn't budget time to do a full cleaning. The team was very understanding of my mistake. I was able to sign up for a canceled appointment just a week later. Also the staff runs the office very efficiently with very limited wait time. Such a pleasurable experience!
