Today, our baby had surgery. This was not a traumatic experience. The staff, Dr. Will, and Dr. Monica were great!! They treated her as if she was their own child. Caring compassion, and living. They kept us up to date with her. We just love them!

The staff are super friendly. So excited to meet the new faces in the office to help Dr Mosely and Tracy continue to offer remarkable service. And her office is breathtaking right on the river. Danville Pediatric Dentistry came highly recommended so I went with them. My daughter was told in February she would need two teeth pulled, and was not scheduled until July. (I thought this was a long way out for a bad tooth but trusted the opinion) A month or so later one of the teeth became abscessed, so I immediately called to get an emergency/ sooner appointment. I was told that the quickest they could see her was August.

I reiterated that the tooth was abscessed, and needed an appointment asap. Was told I could be placed on a cancellation list but that was the best they could do, and did not seem very concerned at all. I have never been to a dentist that doesn’t have room in their schedule for emergency situations. What are kids supposed to do if something like this happens? Not everyone can just wait around hoping to get a call from a cancellation for an emergency, then drop whatever they are doing (work), and drive 40 minutes to a surprise appointment.

Went with another dentist office and had an appointment the same week, and as a new patient. Abscesses are emergency situations and should be treated as such. Would not recommend.

5 out of 5 stars! Dr. Mosley and staff were phenomenal and compassionate. My 3 year old had to go under general anesthesia for the work he needed. We were referred here by our family dentist. Boy was I terrified when they said surgery / anesthesia.

They answered all my questions including follow up calls when I thought of even more questions. Tracy and the anesthesiologist (Dr Murrell I think it was) FULLY prepared me the day of surgery for what to expect before, during, and after. We were able to be with him until he fell asleep and we were immediately by his side upon waking. They communicated with us throughout. Dr.

Mosley and her staff do not take this responsibility lightly and did everything to take care of my baby. All that anxiety until the big day and their professionalism and compassion took it all away. I was able to sit comfortably in the waiting room until he was ready to go home with us. He is SO HAPPY with his new smile 😁 He didn't even know he had them fixed until we showed him in the mirror that afternoon because the procedure went so smoothly and painless for him. Thank you Danville Pediatric Dentistry! Words cannot express my gratitude for taking such great care of our son!
