As a regular client at Dawson Dental Delisle, I can’t recommend them enough. The staff is always welcoming and makes each visit a pleasant experience. They genuinely care about your comfort and well-being. I appreciate how thorough Dr. Rooz is during check-ups, always taking the time to explain things clearly.

The hygienists are gentle and attentive, making even cleanings more enjoyable. The office is clean and well-maintained, management is always engaging and supportive which adds to the overall positive experience. I’m grateful to have found such a reliable dental office that not only cares about good dental hygiene but also client experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rooz for years and unfortunately we had to change dentist because we moved further away from Toronto. (that was a bad move) . We then realized how great we had it at Dawson when we didn’t experience the same customer service at the new place, so we wanted to come back. I then spoke with Sara and Lina and they welcomed us with open arms.

These ladies always made it feel like home and made the transfer with an ease. Dr Rooz is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. He knows how to make you feel comfortable, explains everything and tells you what he’s doing and why. Other places just tell you to get this and that because you have insurance versus what you actually need. The entire team cares about you including Vivian, the hygienist .

My family has known her for the longest time and is always a pleasant to see . My son recently got a filling and I’ve never seen a child so excited to come back - that’s a first ! Anyway if you’re looking for a dentist, this is the place to be. !
