Dr De Guzman was very professional and caring during the whole process of my son's procedure and her team was very supportive. My son had the greatest experience during the entire process and his teeth and smile looks bright and wonderful now. The waiting time was short and my son had a very pleasant experience. Deguzman she’s absolutely the BEST orthodontist in OHIO hands down let me tell you why I feel this way ! I had braces when I was younger about 16 to be exact an didn’t wear my retainer as recommended an my teeth shifted back to its form prior to haven braces yes it took a long time for them to get back to horrific form so as a adult I went back to see if I could just do a retainer to get them back to perfect again she said it was possible but would not show the best results she worked with me to figure out the best plan for my teeth an for my wallet lol an it to a little less than a year with braces again to get my teeth back to fabulous I’m so greatful for her an her team not only did they get my smile back but they were very patient with me when it came to explaining Everything from how to floss to how to put my retainers in properly the office is super clean an they even have video games for the little patients or your child that you have with you while waiting , everyone in the office is so kind an the receptionist lady’s are AMAZING with helping schedule and or reschedule your appointments there was a few times I had broken a bracket an they was quick to have me email pictures an getting me on the schedule for the next day to get my bracket fixed I could Legit go ON an ON about how AMAZING this orthodontist office is if I had to rate 10/10 it’d definitely be a 10/20 I’ll be bringing my kids once there are older an needing orthodontist assistance an will forever RECOMMEND DR.
