My visit to Deluxe Dental in Warren was an experience that I don't want to remember. First I was taken to a small room all the way in the back. It literally took more than one hour before the dentist acknowledged me. (The dentist was NOT Dr. Kizzy. ) As I sat there I was so surprised to see that the Dental implements or tools were placed on a tray on a sitting stool.

There was no paper towels and the whole setup was so unprofessional to say the least. It reminded me of a room that wasn't used very often, more like a room to store things because it was dusty, etc. Finally the dentist came in and started to drill my small cavity in the front, as he started to drill, water started to spray all over my face. I was getting drenched with water all over my face, neck and top. I told him that I had never experienced anything like this in my life. (And to top it off I wasn't offered any paper towel or anything to dry my face etc.

) Needless to say I was not happy with my visit at the Deluxe Dental Office in Warren. I will not return. Maybe others will have a better experience.

The reception staff is helpful, courteous and friendly, especially Raquel she's top notch in making sure the patients feel right at home at Deluxe Dental. The above also applies to the Dental Assistant that did my X-rays. I met Dr. Manipala and he seems friendly enough, but can't assess his performance until I see him for my follow up dental visit.

My special needs adult daughter is a new patient at Deluxe Dental Associates of Warren. She had her first visit today. I can't say enough about the front end staff. Kyle made sure her insurance covered all her procedures and was very friendly. He was also helpful answering questions over the phone even before we came in. Diamond was the young woman who helped her get signed in and she was the first person who greeted us. Her smile and friendly attitude was perfect for greeting clients.

The dentist she saw was Dr. Manipala. He was very thorough and gentle and explained things as he proceeded with her new patient exam. She left an office that closed and I am glad I picked a winner with this Dental practice. I highly recommend this location.

Awesome experience. I’m a huge baby when it comes to the dentist, and I don’t like going but the manager Kyle and his awesome staff kept me very comfortable and the Dentist was very thorough and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Very happy with the office visit. Absolutely my best experience at a dentist visit ever. Will highly recommend. Thank you.
