I feel all the good reviews are paid because when you enter this clinic it’s feels help yourself. People at reception don’t even care to response. Me and my husband we both had very based experiences. We didn’t feel to even book the appointment because the staff is very unfriendly.

In my personal opinion, many of the 5-star reviews on this page appear questionable. When I looked closely, I noticed that many five-star reviews were written by accounts that have posted only one review, often just for this clinic. Some other accounts give five-star reviews to multiple dental clinics, which in my opinion raises concerns about authenticity. Dr. Gotlieb has been the biggest dental service regret of my life. It's been over a year, and I'm still dealing with complications after the treatment I received. After seeing everything I went through, my friends and family even refer to her as "The Dental Butcher. " I initially came in for a routine dental cleaning. Dr. Gotlieb noticed I had an old root canal and recommended a crown. She seemed calm and genuine, so I trusted her recommendation. However, when Dr. Gotlieb glued the crown onto my tooth, she used temporary cement. A week later, she was unable to remove the crown and allowed me to leave her office with it still held in by temporary glue. At the time, I didn’t realize this was dangerous.

Later, I learned that leaving a crown on temporary cement for longer than two weeks is considered gross negligence and malpractice in dentistry, because it risks infection. About six months later, during a second cleaning, Dr. Gotlieb did not check the crown or attempt to permanently cement it. Days later, the crown fell off. I had to use temporary pharmacy glue to hold it in place. When I returned to her office, Dr. Gotlieb was again unable to remove the crown properly; I ended up removing it myself by hand. Despite me clearly stating that the tooth was hurting, she cleaned the crown (not the tooth), applied permanent cement, and glued it back without inspecting the tooth, checking for infection, or taking an x-ray — which is standard procedure when there are signs of infection. Hours later, the pain worsened. Days later, the tooth became severely infected. After the first antibiotic failed, I returned. Dr. Gotlieb, without examining me, instructed her receptionist to hand me another antibiotic while she texted on her phone. I requested to speak with her, but when she came out, she was dismissive and said, "What do you want me to do! I placed the crown permanently. That's all I can do! If the second antibiotic doesn't work, I'll send you for oral surgery.

" At that moment, I realized I was on my own. I had to find a new dentist to fix the damage. Ultimately, I needed to have the crown removed, the root canal redone, and a new crown made. Dr. Gotlieb refused to provide me with information about the crown lab, and refused to provide me with a duplicate crown. In my personal experience, mistakes happen, but good doctors care enough to fix them. That was not my experience with Dr. Gotlieb. Based on my treatment, I would not trust her with crowns, root canals, or even basic dental care. A simple dental cleaning is ultimately leading to the loss of my molar a year later. In my opinion: Run. Save your teeth.
